About us
Care Solutions Inc. began at a kitchen table — with a family, a phone book, and a question no one could answer plainly: where do we even start? Today we build the bridges we wished we'd had: educational, referral-based, and rooted in community.
We're entirely non-clinical. We don't diagnose, treat, or replace a mental-health professional. What we do is just as essential: we translate, we accompany, and we connect.
Every person who reaches out is met with warmth, listened to, and respected.
We translate complex systems into plain language so families can make informed choices.
Our referral network is carefully vetted — we only point families toward help we trust.

Founder & CEO

Amethyst Roberson is the founder and CEO of A R Therapy & Consulting LLC and serves on the Board at Care Solutions. With a strong background in therapy and a deep commitment to serving her community, Amethyst brings valuable insight to our organization. Her leadership and expertise help guide our efforts to better serve the needs of those we support.

Pastor Hosea Roberson is the owner of Hosea's Lawn Care LLC and works for World Wide Technology. He serves as Vice President on the Board at Care Solutions, bringing valuable business acumen and a deep commitment to serving others.
Treasury
Shawn Parrish is a government employee and owner of SRP HIME Investments LLC. As Treasurer, Shawn plays a key role in managing our finances and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Community Engagement
Calina Harriel works at People's Health Center and serves as our Community Engagement Specialist. Her outreach experience and commitment to improving health outcomes guide our work in the community.
Secretary
Tina Tribbitt is an employee at the Fathers & Family Support Center and Secretary on the Board. With a strong background in family support, Tina brings valuable insight to our organization.

Volunteers play a vital role in helping CARE Solutions connect people to information, tools, and pathways to care. No clinical experience required.

Unrestricted gifts keep the lights on so the programs can run. They're the least glamorous dollars we raise — and the ones we need most.
Put someone in the chair
Cost is the number one reason people stop before they start. The Therapy Fund reimburses sessions directly to licensed providers at $125 per individual session and $145 per couples session — so a family can keep going.

$150 adopts a returning college student — academic supplies, a wellness workbook and coping tools, self-care items, healthy relationship and budgeting guides, and an encouragement letter. Our launch goal is 8 students.
