Amethyst Roberson, Founder & CEO
Amethyst Roberson, LPC, NCC, Certified Care Ready Life Coach is the founder and CEO of A R Therapy & Consulting LLC, and serves on the Board at Care Solutions. With a strong background in therapy and a deep commitment to serving her community, Amethyst brings valuable insights to our organization. Her leadership and expertise help guide our efforts to better serve the needs of those we support.

Pastor Hosea Roberson is the owner of Hosea's Lawn Care LLC and works for World Wide Technology. He serves as Vice President on the Board at Care Solutions, bringing valuable business acumen and a deep commitment to serving others to our organization. Hosea's leadership and expertise are essential to our success in meeting the needs of those we serve.
Shawn Parrish, Treasury
Shawn Parrish is a government employee and owner of SRP HIME Investments LLC. Shawn serves as Treasurer on the Board at Care Solutions. With extensive financial expertise and a commitment to public service, Shawn plays a key role in managing our organization's finances and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Her passion for helping those in need is invaluable to our team.

OUR MISSION & VISION
CARE Solutions Inc. has the following exempt purposes: to provide preventive and supportive services, seminars, and training on various topics that promote effective therapeutic approaches. The organization offers consultation, alliance building, resources, and enrichment workshops to youth, young adults, and their support systems.
We believe through the education and training of staff and volunteer workers in various organizations, we can help our community heal many of the social ills. Our goal is to become a program development resource for those who help others. We have designed programs that help churches, health professionals, educators, social service workers and other related professionals in their delivery of therapeutic services.
CARE Solutions offers workshops to help youth improve productivity in school, work, and at home.
CARE Solutions provides services to mental health and healthcare professionals, educators, students, juvenile justice/court personnel, foster parents, social service workers, schools, faith-based organizations, law enforcement, and others who offer preventive and supportive services. We support promoting therapeutic curriculum through various methods that appeal to young people and young adults during classroom activities, home activities, community programs, and events.
CARE Solutions offers training in schools, organizations, churches, and businesses. The classes are designed for different age groups to provide an appropriate experience for the client. Our services feature:

Our licensed professional counselors (LPCs) at Care Solutions are available to provide counseling services exclusively to Missouri residents. These services are offered virtually to ensure accessibility to residents of the state.

Enrichment Classes
CARE Solutions is a company that provides support and enrichment classes for teens and families dealing with mental and emotional wellness. Featuring different enrichment classes every month, CARE Solutions provides a safe and supportive environment for learning and growth.
CARE Solutions' programs are designed to help participants build self-awareness, social skills, coping mechanisms, and healthy relationships. Programs are offered in a variety of formats, including in-person groups, online groups, and individual sessions.
Our counselors have led workshops for local organizations, schools, churches and medical facilities. Groups have benefited greatly from our presentation services based on the following topics:
